Horsham district refuse collection to be disrupted

Additional blue topped bin recycling collections will be scheduled to deal with the festive packaging.

Brown topped bin collections for green garden waste will be suspended for one collection cycle from Tuesday December 24 and will resume again on Wednesday January 8 2014.

On any of those scheduled brown topped bin collection days, residents can put their blue topped bins out for an additional recycling collection.

All collections resume normal schedules from Tuesday January 14.

Horsham District Council has encouraged householders to use the personalised collection calendar on the Horsham District Council website (www.horsham.gov.uk/bincalendar).
