A MOBILE farm was set up in Horsham town centre for the Rotary Club’s Easter market.
Children and adults were invited to meet Moose the cow, Betty the donkey, Graham the sheep, Bonnie the goat, Rex and Queenie the chickens, Jemima and Splash the ducks, and Sasha the golden retriever.
Arthur Lodge Veterinary Surgery provided the animals, as well as vets and veterinary nurses to answer questions and give advice on animal care.
Arthur Lodge owner Julian Peters said: “I’m delighted that, once again, the Animal Farm appeared to be a roaring success.
“It was popular throughout the day and the weather was kind to us too.
“It is always a pleasure to educate the children and their parents on the animals.
“The enthusiasm from some of them was lovely to see.
“I hope that our Animal Farm helped to draw more people into the market and thus, raise more money for the charities involved.”
