We were amazed this year with the number and range of Easter bonnet designs on show in the parade on Wednesday afternnon (April 2).
Mrs Susan Richardson, one of our Quaker Foundation Governors came in to school to judge the competition and was extremely impressed with the amount of time and effort that the children themselves had put in to the designs.
The children assembled on the playground and each class paraded to the accompaniment of applause and appreciative comments from their peers.
The Easter theme continued into the afternoon when the PTA organised a craft afternoon and Easter egg hunt.
The children had a fantastic time and were keen to thank the members of the PTA for providing them with such a treat.
