Fire crews put out an arson attack in a field.

West Sussex Fire and Rescue Service was called to the scene off Old Guilford Road, Broadbridge Heath, at 8.25pm on Friday (July 31).

The two Horsham crews put out crops which were smouldering in the field.

A fire spokesman said it was started deliberately and police had been informed.

Crews left at 8.54pm.
