UPDATE: Cannabis haul found in Broadbridge Heath raid

A man has been arrested after around 100 cannabis plants were discovered at a Broadbridge Heath home during a drugs raid last week.

Police executed a drugs warrant at the house in Sullington Mead at about 3pm on Thursday (October 23) and returned to the property the following day.

A Sussex Police spokesperson confirmed that around 100 plants were found.

A 26-year-old man from Horsham was arrested on suspicion of cultivating cannabis and abstracting electricity.

He has been bailed until December 10 while investigations continue, police said.
