The British Transport Police have set up a short online survey, asking the public and rail staff to say what concerns them most about travelling on trains.

Crime on the railway has fallen for the tenth successive year, the BTP said. Anyone completing the survey can note the types of crime that worry them, including theft, graffiti and ticket fraud.

Chief constable Paul Crowther said: “The answers people give us will help improve the service we provide in policing the railway and London Underground during the coming year.”
