A man has been charged with drink driving after a car crashed in Horsham town centre

Police were called to the collision in the early hours of March 8.

A police spokesman said: “At 3.45am on Monday (March 8) Sussex Police attended a single vehicle collision in Denne Road, Horsham.

“The car collided with a wall and no injuries were reported.”

Brett Stokes, 42, of no fixed address has been charged with driving a motor vehicle when above the alcohol limit, said police. He is due to appear at Crawley Magistrates’ Court on 21 April.
