It is the third time a new trial date has been sent after the original trial was abandoned in March due to coronavirus – while the second trial collapsed last month.

Tiffany Tate, 22, and Michael Roe, 33, will now face a retrial over the death of their daughter, Holly Roe, on February 1, next year, the Crown Prosecution Service has confirmed.
