Man arrested after Horsham rape released without charge

A man who was arrested on suspicion of raping a woman in Horsham has been released without charge.

The 47-year-old man, from London, will face no further action, Sussex Police said.

The offence happened behind the Sainsbury’s store in Worthing Road, Horsham on Sunday July 12 last year.

Police described the woman as ‘vulnerable’ after the incident.
