Police raided a house in Loxwood on Wednesday (24 April) and seized cannabis plants and other assets worth around £300,000.
Officers entered the address in Pond Close and recovered 503 cannabis plants that were being cultivated in bedrooms.
They had a street value in excess of £250,000.
A small amount of cocaine was also seized.
As part of a linked investigation into money laundering, two high performance vehicles were also seized to a combined value of around £40,000.
A 47-year-old man and a 60-year-old man, both from Loxwood, were arrested on suspicion of the cultivation of cannabis and money laundering. Both men were later bailed until 14 June pending further enquiries.
Inspector Will Rolls, from Chichester’s Neighbourhood Policing Team, said: “This is the third cannabis warrant we have executed on Chichester District in the last four weeks where we have recovered a significant amount of cannabis plants, worth well in excess of £300,000.
“I again urge anyone with information regarding the production, supply or use of drugs to contact Sussex Police on 101, or they can contact the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.”
