Burglars steal bikes and electrical items from Horsham home

Burglars have stole bikes, electrical items, a jewellery box and cash from a Horsham home.

A spokesman for Sussex Police said the break-in happened in Haybarn Drive between 9.30am and 6pm on Monday (September 28).

Intruders stole a Playstation 4 with two controllers and games, a brown and silver Asus laptop, a black Acer laptop, a Sony Alpha digital camera, a computer tablet, two red and black bikes, a jewellery box and cash, including sterling and euros.

Damage was caused to the garage door and the back door.

PC Rebecca Doherty said: “Please get in touch if you have any information about this burglary. We believe the suspects may have used two holdalls, which were also stolen from the house, to carry some of the items.”

Any witness or anyone with information about the incident is asked to email 101@sussex.pnn.police.uk or call 101 quoting serial 1250 of 28/09. Alternatively, call the independent charity Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
