Officers will be outside the parade of shops in Trafalgar Road from 3pm until 4pm and 6pm until 7pm on Tuesday November 19 to answer any questions residents have about the spate of thefts.

PCSO Emma Walsh said: “We are appealing to anyone who has had their car damaged to report it to us if they have not done so already. We are also asking for anyone who saw anything suspicious in the area to contact us.

“Officers will be patrolling the area today and talking to residents, if you do have any information please report it to 101. This amount of damage to vehicles is very unusual and we hope someone will be able to help us with our enquiries.”

One man and a boy from Horsham have been arrested for theft and remain in custody this morning (Monday November 18).
