£150,000 of goods stolen in Rudgwick burglary


Goods worth almost £150,000 were stolen from a home in Rudgwick last night (Thursday November 14).

The burglary took place at a property in Pondfield Road, between 6pm and 9pm.

The family returned to the house to find a rear window had been forced and someone had broken in.

Detective constable Jonathan Stadius said: “Around £140,000 worth of clothes and jewellery, including Rolex watches, were taken from the property.”
