Cranleigh residents enjoy a feast for UK Sausage Week
Sausages sizzled their way onto the menu at a retirement village in Cranleigh when residents celebrated UK Sausage Week with a bang-er.
Elmbridge village residents marked the foodie date with a fabulous feast, which included four varieties of sausage.
Chef Mandy Dodson sourced the bangers from local butcher Rawlings, choosing a mix of lamb and mint, Old English, black pudding with wild mushroom, and pork and leek to tempt guests.
Residents tucked into the hearty meal served with mashed potato, onion gravy and seasonal vegetables.
