After today they will be shortlisted and considered by our panel of judges.

Every year, the Capitol Horsham has been the perfect venue for the West Sussex County Times Community Awards - and this year is no different.

On Monday November 7, our County Times awards team and judges will be welcoming all the nominees, awards sponsors and of course the lucky winners to the ceremony held on the theatre’s mainstage.

A Capitol spokesman said: “We are honoured to be hosting another year of such a wonderful awards ceremony and for such a worthy cause.

“The Capitol itself is proud to serve its own community and we have no doubt that many of the residents and businesses involved with the awards will in fact be the patrons we continue to enjoy meeting regularly here at the venue.”

For the first time this year, the Community Content Editor Blaise Tapp will be compering the evening, welcoming all the winners on stage to receive their coveted trophies.

There are 16 categories to choose from and people can nominate in more than one category. To nominate please go to

It is always a difficult task as all of them deserve to be the winners, but there can only be one for each award.

Please say as much as possible why that person or group is worthy of the award to help our judges in their decision making.
