“We are absolutely thrilled!” commented hotel founder and managing director, Peter Hinchcliffe.

“Obtaining three new AA Rosettes for Alexander House and Langshott Manor is a huge honour.

We are extremely proud on a personal and professional level and are delighted that the hard work and dedication of our team has been acknowledged by the AA.”

The glittering awards ceremony, hosted by broadcast journalist and news presenter Krishnan Guru-Murthy, is where the best in the business come together to share the accomplishments and excellence of hospitality within the UK.

To be recognised for this wonderful accolade is an outstanding achievement for both hotels who came together to celebrate the awards.

In little over a year Alexander House has been awarded five AA Stars and now three AA Rosettes making the hotel one of the most impressive 5 star hotels outside London.

Executive Chef, Mark Budd is the genius behind the brigade whose focus is to raise the bar when it comes to great cuisine.

The combination of French and European influences, boundless imagination, top-drawer ingredients and pioneering cooking techniques paves the way for exquisitely presented and remarkable food.

Langshott Manor, the group’s 4 Red Star Hotel, located near Gatwick airport, shared the same excitement.

For the past six years executive chef, Phil Dixon has been producing menus that can be measured as brilliant in every way. Phil’s dishes are experimental, innovative and greatly influenced by the seasons. The team are ambassadors of using local suppliers as well as home-grown ingredients nurtured within Langshott Manor’s very own gardens.

With the rise in industry standards and consumer expectations it is wonderful to see two hotels from the same group collecting such a respected award.
