Buses face major disruption during Horsham roadworks

Planned roadworks in the North Heath area of Horsham are set to cause major disruption to Metrobus services next week.

In a statement on their Facebook page, Metrobus say that from Monday March 24 - Friday March 28 there will be roadworks between 9am and 3.30pm.

The company says it has been trying to find a workable solution with the council to minimise the impact on local services.

“But we have been unable to reach agreement with the contractors to allow us access.”

As a result, there will be severe disruption to bus services in the North Heath area.

This will include routes 51, 61 and 200.

Metrobus have apologised for any inconvenience “but unfortunately this is beyond our control.”
