An eight-year-old football fan from Southwater is set to rub shoulders with his Arsenal heroes at the FA Cup Final tomorrow (Saturday May 30).
Castlewood School pupil Theo Brown won a competition to be a mascot for Arsenal for the showdown with Aston Villa at Wembley.
His mum Nicola said Theo was ‘literally jumping for joy’ when the family received a phone call from the FA with the good news.
She said: “He is really excited. When he got the phone call he was literally jumping for joy.
“His older brother had been invited by friends to go so he was a but down about not going, but then we got the call.
“He is a massive fan, he would watch any game of football.”
The big Arsenal fan will get a chance to meet the players and may be able to meet Prince William, who is president of the FA.
Theo plays for Chesworth Rovers and Horley Town, and this will be his first trip to Wembley.
