Fittleworth Pooh House thanks County Times

POOH House in Fittleworth has thanked the County Times and its readers for their support.

To celebrate their 25th Anniversary owners Paul and Mary Reed wanted to showcase the gardens at Sandy Lane by opening it to the public.

They also used the opportunity to raise money for children’s charity Chestnut Tree House Hospice based near Arundel.

Mary said: “Paul and I would like to express our gratitude to all The County Times readers who have supported the events during our 25th Anniversary, without their generosity and the continual kindness of our helpers, participants and media we would not have an event.”

A cheque was recently presented to Chestnut Tree House chairman of trustees Guy Clinch and Hugh Lowson, chief executive for £2,212.
