Tickets selling fast for new beer festival in Horsham

Tickets are selling fast for the first ever Spring Equinox Beer Festival in Denne Road, Horsham in March.

The festival, organised by the North Sussex branch of CAMRA, will include more than 50 British real ales, as well as local ciders and perries.

It will be held in the Drill Hall and is timed to celebrate March equinox – when the sun shines directly on the equator and the length of day and night is nearly equal.

North Sussex chairman Chris Booth said: “Tickets are still available but they are going fast.

“We’d like to thank everyone who has bought tickets so far, and remind people who are looking forward to the event to snap up their tickets now.

“We fully expect the festival to be a sell out over the coming weeks and there may not be any tickets available on the door.”

On Saturday March 22, doors open between 12pm and 4pm and again later between 6pm and 10pm, and tickets cost £6 each.
