The Six Bells bar in the High Street, Billingshurst, West Sussex was given the score after assessment on October 13, the Food Standards Agency's website shows.
It means that of Horsham district's 102 pubs and bars with ratings, 68 (67%) have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
