There was a hog roast supplied by Michael Courtney Hog Roasts accompanied by local rock band ‘The Blues Blasters’ and live performances in the farm’s ‘Barn Theatre’.

General manager Melanie McAlpine, who organised the event and has been a part of the team since the beginning, said: “It was wonderful to be surrounded by so many of Fishers extended ‘family’.

“We shared memories, laughter and just a few tears.”

Owner Tim Rollings added: “It has been a roller coaster ride. As a small business we are really proud to have given so much fun and enjoyment to local families and also to have provided employment for so many and a structured work place for numerous delightful young people.”
