Built on former arable land off Old Guildford Road, the development will fund 32 new allotments for the village.

Daniel Williamson, sales director for Bellway South London, said: “Solomon’s Seal has provided an attractive and functional extension to Broadbridge Heath.

“In addition to the allotments provided as part of the development, we have built 66 affordable homes. The Broadbridge Park care home which opened on land next to Solomon’s Seal has further enhanced the sense of community.

Solomon’s Seal also features public art sculptures, which were unveiled by Bellway in 2019. The designs by Brighton-based artist Walter Bailey were inspired by foxglove seeds, which are native to the local area. They sit within a central green visible from the roadside.
