CONCERT: Mid Sussex Brass Band Christmas Concert at St Andrews Church, Junction Road, Burgess Hill, 7.30pm start. There is no entry charge and a collection will be taken during the Concert. The Concert will feature both the Youth and Senior Band, with a lively selection of festive music and a raffle. WALK: Two separate, free, circular HDC Health Walks. Choose either 2 miles (1 hour) easy, mostly flat, OR 4 miles (2 hours) some stiles, steep steps and a long hill. Can be muddy. Meet 11am, corner of the green near the Village Club, Barns Green. Peter A 01403 741305.

NEWICK: Community Centre, Newick Green: Newick Community Club meet every Tuesday and Friday 10.30am-3.30pm for the over 60s. We offer fun and entertainment as well as a super lunch. RSPB: Wild families – winter wildlife watch and Christmas craft day, from 11am to 3pm. Guided walks at 11am to 2pm (lasting about 1 hour), £3 per child (£1.50 for Wildlife Explorer members). Adults pay the normal nature trail entry fee.

Our winter family fun day will include short walks for little legs as we brave the elements and search for some wonderful winter wildlife.
