We’ll Meet Again, which is at the venue on Thursday, June 11, stars comedy entertainer Steve Barclay, who brings impressions of wartime comedians.

By special demand, the show also sees the return of Britain’s greatest virtuoso of the ukulele, Andy Eastwood.

This year, the show presents a new West End singing star, Maggie O’Hara, who will be performing the songs of Vera Lynn and Gracie Fields with a touch of Ann Shelton, to celebrate wartime entertainment at its finest.

With a full supporting cast including Mervyn Francis, former singer from the Black and White Minstrel Show, and special guest comedian and multi-instrumentalist, Pete Lindup, this show is packed with real variety.

The Martyn St James Band provides the live music-making.

We’ll Meet Again is a fitting tribute to our Armed Forces of yesterday, today and tomorrow and features all of the great songs and music of the war years.

This is damp-eyed nostalgia that should leave everyone with a warm and sentimental glow.

The show starts at 2.30pm. Tickets cost £12.50.
