Horsham Music Circle offers a festive feast with organist Gerald Taylor

As part of Horsham Music Circle’s 74th Season, organist Gerald Taylor will be giving a lunchtime recital on Tuesday, December 8, at The Unitarian Church, Worthing Road, Horsham (1pm).

The programme includes just three works but all with a festive content for the Christmas season.

It starts with Guilmant’s Sonata – Symphonie 1, followed by the Variations sur un Noël by Marcel Dupré and closes with the Festival Toccata by Percy Fletcher.

Gerald Taylor trained at the Royal College of Music and after a busy teaching career, still remains active as a recitalist and accompanist.

Entry to this hour-long concert is free. There will be a retiring collection to support the Music Circle’s concert promoting work.
