COLGATE Village Fete will take place in the village hall grounds, June 26, from 1pm. Jazz Band, Country Dancing, Pony Rides, Bouncy Castle, Magician, Fancy Dress competition, Face Painting, Balloon Race, Raffle and lots more stalls, with barbecue and teas. A great afternoon for all the family.
WALK: June 26. All welcome, Houghton, 4½ mile circular sociable HDC Health Walk, some hills, along parts of the South Downs Way and Monarch’s Way. Good views of the Arun Valley and Arundel Park. WALK: June 27. All welcome, free, just turn-up at 10am in Sussex Oak car park, Church Street, Warnham. 4 mile, fairly flat (some stiles and inclines), circular HDC Health Walk to Warnham and back through the Deer Park. No dogs. 2 hours. Tony 01403 269232.
