There will be a bar at the evening performances and an option to bring your own supper on the Friday evening (tables of up to eight). Proceeds to the church, SANDS and Great Ormond Street. WALK: Jan 27: All welcome, just turn-up at car park at Southwater Country Park (off Cripplegate Lane) at 11am. Easy flat circular, guided, free sociable HDC Walk along bridleways, lanes and the Downs Link. Café open in the Park at the end. 2½ miles, 1 hour. Pat 01403 240654.

THE next Horsham Astronomy Group Meeting, featuring a talk on “Distance Learning” by Ken Whight, will be held at Christ’s Hospital School, 7.45pm, Feb 1. The talk will be followed by an observing session if skies are clear.
