Audiences young and old should quiver with excitement this half-term as Robin Hood returns.
Robin Hood And His Merry Men, a laugh-a-minute spring pantomime, is at The Capitol, Horsham, on Wednesday and Thursday, May 27 and 28.
The show is produced by Wicked Productions and stars Chris Edgerley, Philip Green, Josh Bennett and Tom Swift.
Join hero Robin Hood, played by Hi-5’s Chris Edgerley, as he puts right the wicked Sheriff of Nottingham who rules over the good people of Sherwood.
Silly Willy Scarlet (played by the hilarious Tom Swift) is eager to help and joins the Merry Men. Britain’s Got Talent comedy impressionist Philip Green stars as Little John and Josh Bennett (from Harry Potter and Channel 4’s Seven Dwarfs) stars as Big John.
The auditions for Sherwood’s Got Talent are the perfect distraction when the Sheriff kidnaps Maid Marian. But will Robin Hood and his very Merry Men be able to rescue her in time?
Panto fans are invited to enjoy this adventurous May half-term production with plenty of gags, animated projections, spectacular effects, and a collection of toe-tapping, original, sing-a-long songs.
Chris Edgerley said: “I am so excited to be coming to The Capitol, Horsham, as part of this terrific show. Robin Hood is all brand new and so magical for the audience, with lots of story book animations and hilarious situations we, as the Merry Men, get stuck in.”
The show starts at 5pm on the Wednesday and at 11am and 2pm on the Thursday.
Ticket prices range from £10 to £14.50.
