Barnstormers Comedy’s Big Sundae is at The Capitol, Horsham, on Sunday, November 15 (7.30pm).

Organiser Kevin Precious said: “Every year we take a big show into the main house at the Capitol featuring acts with a bit more profile.

“This year, we’ve got a great line-up: Patrick Monahan, Nathan Caton and Sean Collins.

“Audience favourite Patrick Monahan blends a high-energy comedy style with hilarious and engaging topical and observational material.

“Known for working a room, Patrick is adored by his audiences with whom he makes an effortless connection.

“In 2014 Patrick took part in the hit family entertainment series Splash! (ITV) and appeared on the brand-new series of Celebrity Squares (ITV).

“He was also seen on Fake Reaction (ITV) and on Man Up (Fox) and was a regular 2014 guest on Not the One Show (London Live).

“Last year Patrick could be seen as host of Jongleurs Live! (Sky) and on 12 Again (CBBC/BBC2).”

Kevin added: “Nathan Caton has been active on the UK comedy circuit since the tender age of 19.

“He excels in combining both personal, confessional material with up-to-date social and political anecdotes.

“This has won him numerous credits and plaudits over the years and has made him one of the hottest rising young stars on the circuit.

“He started comedy while studying architecture at university and within his first full year of gigging he had built up a solid reputation, having performed at the Edinburgh Festival, finishing as a runner-up in the Amused Moose Comedy Search and winning the award for Chortle Student Comic of the Year.

“Since his beginnings he has both featured in and written for various television shows, done four solo Edinburgh shows and has established himself as a circuit headliner and a future star in the comedy world.

“Canadian Sean Collins has 25 years’ experience in stand-up comedy, with initial success leading to Best Male Stand Up nominations at the Canadian Comedy Awards, a Just For Laughs Gala set at Montreal and his own hour-long special on Canadian television.

“Since residing in the UK, Sean quickly established himself as a strong performer.

“His appearance on Michael McIntyre’s Comedy Roadshow on BBC1 proved a portentous gig for Sean, affording him the opportunity to perform at The Real Variety Showcase for Jeremy Lee Associates, the UK’s biggest specialist agency for after-dinner speakers, awards hosts and cabaret for corporate, industry and public sector events.”

Previous Big Sundaes have featured the likes of Milton Jones, Jo Caulfield, Dominic Holland, Paul Sinha, Simon Evans, Bob Mills, Tom Stade, Jim Tavare and Andy Parsons.
