AGE UK Horsham District’s Festive Fayre will be held on Dec 1 at Lavinia House, Dukes Square, Horsham (behind the Drill Hall) from 10am to 2pm. Admission is free but a car parking permit will cost 50p. There will be plenty of stalls, including tombola, raffle, cakes, books, crafts, toys & games, Christmas cards and gift wrap and much more. THE next meeting of the Southwater Local History Group will be held on Dec 3, 7.30pm, at Beeson House, Lintot Square, Southwater. Non-members welcome - £3 entry. This will be a very informal Christmas social evening to which members and visitors are invited to bring along any pieces of local research they have undertaken or simply to share memories and anecdotes over a festive drink and a mince pie.
