A YOUNG MAN emerged miraculously unscathed after his car was wrecked in a 70mph crash.

When Jack Weller, 20, climbed from his smashed-up Ford Fiesta, the bonnet had been totally crushed- apart from over the driver's seat.

The vehicle had careened off the A24 near Broadbridge Heath on the night of Wednesday, March 12, crashed through a hedge, missed a tree by only three feet, and then rolled over several times before coming to rest on its side in a field some 60 yards from the road.
