NICK Stocker, Horsham RFC’s head coach, says his side can still improve despite their perfect start to the season which sees them top the early league standings.

Horsham turned Eastbourne over 29-12 on Saturday to make it three wins from three in London 3 South East.

The Green and Whites tries came from Simon Matterface, Matt Goodsir, Jonny Ordidge (two) and Jonny Whiting but Stocker believes there is more to come.

He said: “We can’t get too carried away as I would say so far we’ve beaten three teams who won’t be challenging for the title.

“The hard work starts now, we want to be an 80 minute team not just a 60 minute team.”

Stocker expects this Saturday’s trip to Uckfield to be the toughest test so far.
