Horsham Rugby Club’s refurbished clubhouse will be officially unveiled later this month during their sixth annual Touch Tournament.

Held during the London Games, the tournament will have an Olympic theme and will also showcase the £25,000 worth of work which has now been completed on the club’s Coolhurst ground clubhouse.

A total of 25 teams are expected to compete across a minis and juniors tournament and an adults competition on Saturday July 28 in support of the Wooden Spoon charity, the well known sporting charity which supports the physically disadvantaged.

Attractions include a large barbecue, beer tent, ice creams, Olympics action on the big screen, DJ Michael Fisher and a local comedian, a Pimms / Cocktail tent with afternoon cakes and topless barmen - with two on-site beauticians.

Entry costs £100 per team of ten, contact Mark Ross - mkr247@hotmail.com or for juniors John Riley - mjchairman@horshamrufc.com
