Horsham Rugby Club will be offering free beer to people on Saturday - the catch is, however, you need to be Australian.
The club is making a unique offer of free pint of Fosters to anyone from Down Under as part of their build-up to the Rugby World Cup showdown between England and Australia.
They are showing a replay of the 2003 final – when England beat Australia on their own soil – as a prelude to the crucial match on Saturday night.
Commercial manager Richard Ordidge said: “The wallabies are always difficult to beat, but we’ve done it before and replaying the World Cup final win is a great motivator for our supporters.
“The Aussies will be up for this too and they’re very welcome to join us for the big match. And as a show of goodwill, there’s a free beer for any Aussie who turns up to watch the 2003 final replay- when England beat Australia in their own country to lift the World Cup.”
The 2003 final will be shown as part of the build up to the England v Australia group game, which England must win to stay in the competition.
The club is also laying on live music, an Aussie barbecue, competitions and family fun ahead of the critical game.
The 2013 final replay starts at 6pm.
