Charlie off to a fast start in Horsham Golf & Fitness Eclectic

Charlie Malsbury carded 47 points to beat Darren Gulliver and Martin Leake (both 45) to win the first round of the Horsham Golf & Fitness Winter Eclectic.

Gulliver beat Leake into third on countback, although Leake did have the consolation of carding two birdie twos, along with Neil Payne.

Meanwhile, Mike and Shirley Pearce won the men’s and ladies’ Seniors titles, Jeremy Simpson and Beverley Field took gross prizes. And the Halloween Texas Scramble was won by Marion Smith, Alan Train and Alex Cresswell.
