Kristina Pavlou, 13, won a silver medal for the second year in a row at the British Judo Championships at the English Institute of Sport in Sheffield.

Although disappointed at narrowly missing out on gold, Kristina has shown a massive amount of grit and determination in getting to the British Championships with only six weeks of full training following a nasty dislocated and fractured elbow injury.
