Horsham YMCA have been handed a home draw in the FA Vase, while Loxwood will be on the road in the next round.
The Gorings Mead side will host Bedfont Sports in the first round proper of the competition, while Loxwood, who advanced past Steyning Town on Saturday, will travel to Ashford Town.
Both side play in the Premier Division of the Combined Counties League, with Bedfont currently 12th and Ashford, who have won 10 of their 11 games, second.
The ties are both scheduled for Saturday, November 1, but with Horsham at home to Faversham on that day, YM’s tie is likely to be delayed 24 hours until Sunday.
There is £900 prize money up for grabs and a place in the second round.
