Horsham comfortably beaten by Wealdstone

A BRACE from goal king Richard Jolly helped Wealdstone ease to a comfortable 3-0 victory over Horsham on Monday night.

The prolific marksman was a constant menace, scoring his 37th and 38th goals of the season.

Horsham looked a match for their hosts until Jolly opened the scoring in the 26th minute, and just two minutes later Wes Parker doubled Stones lead.

Horsham enjoyed decent spells in the match, but Jolly’s second after the hour mark ended any slim hopes of a fight-back, and only some good saves from Michael Hunter in the visiting goal and some wayward late finishing prevented Stones from adding to their tally.

Reaction from this game will follow shortly.
