HORSHAM have signed two exciting young attacking options as manager Simon Colbran starts to build for next season.
Striker Billy Medlock agreed terms with the Hornets last night, and his arrival is in addition to that of Kaiyne Woolery, a 17-year-old winger, who played under Colbran at Redhill.
Of 20-year-old Medlock’s arrival from Eastbourne Borough, Colbran said: “He scores lots of goals and is a brilliant finisher.
“He was one of Eastbourne’s better prospects, but with the new management he was not getting a look-in.”
And Colbran, who revealed the majority of his current squad have agreed terms for next season following relegation into Ryman Division 1 South, does not want to stop there, despite budget restrictions.
“I am talking to quite a few other players, and we are nearly there with discussions.
“It’s not a budget you would expect to get promoted with, but it’s one I am hoping we can do well with and get into the top half of the table.”
