A STRONG Horsham side will line up at Ringmer this evening in the Brighton Charity Cup as boss John Maggs looks to instill some confidence.
In a competition where the Hornets traditionally field experimental sides featuring reserves, trialists and youngsters, Maggs wants to put his first choice XI through its paces in the third round tie against County League Ringmer.
Gary Charman (work commitments) and Paul Kennett (ankle) will be missing but otherwise Horsham are expected to be full strength.
Maggs said: “On this occasion I will not be playing and trialists or youth teamers. I want to get the squad on the pitch and get some confidence to put us in good stead for Cray on Saturday,”
