Horsham’s fight against relegation suffered another setback with a comfortable 5-0 away defeat at Folkestone.
Ian Draycott scored a hat-trick and there were further goals by Jordan Wright and Ashley Miller.
The goal-rush began in controversial circumstances as manager Anthony Storey named himself on the teamsheet and was penalised with a handball.
Goalkeeper Gareth Williams saved the ensuing penalty but Draycott put away the loose ball.
Draycott missed the chance to score four goals for the home side when he missed another penalty later in the game.
Elsewhere in the table there were wins for Ramsgate, East Grinstead and Redhill earned a draw leaving Horsham three points adrift at the bottom of the Ryman South table and six points away from safety with nine matches left to play.
