YASIR Arafat and Luke Wright were the heroes with bat and ball as Sussex continued to offset a difficult County Championship season with some thrilling one day displays.
Sunday's Pro40 league mauling of the Gloucestershire Gladiators at Horsham was no exception, Arafat delivering his first hat trick in one day cricket to decimate the visitors' lower order, and Wright bludgeoning 95 runs in an outstanding 136 run stand with Ed Joyce (66).
The Sharks effortlessly chased down 189. Arafat said: "We played well in all departments."
