HORSHAM YMCA manager Chris White has slammed his team after a dismal 4-1 FA Vase exit to Peacehaven & Telscombe.

YM crashed out of the competition 4-1 to the Division 2 side on Saturday, and both the scoreline and performance were of huge concern for White.

"It was probably the worst performance I have been involved with in 30 years in senior football," manager White commented.

"The performance was appalling, it was a disastrous day for us."

Ton Lawley grabbed YM's only goal just before the break, but any illusions of a fightback were dsahed by two more Peacehaven strikes in the second period.

White was so disgusted, many of his team were told to turn out for the reserves against Raynes Park on Wednesday.
