HORNETS manager John Maggs has admitted he has a battle on his hands to keep hold of midfielder Darren Budd and defender Anthony Acheampong.

Budd has been offered an impreoved deal at an unnamed club, and Maggs says Acheampong may be looking to leave Horsham.

The boss said: "I have two players who might leave," he said. "Darren (Budd) has had a really good offer from another club, he has yet to make up his mind.
"And Anthony Acheampong is being pointed in the direction of other clubs by his agent, we will do well to hang on to him.

""I am offering terms, and a lot of players are saying the same thing, they want time to think it over."
