Former Horsham midfielder among new faces at YM

HORSHAM YMCA have signed Matt Geard, the combative former Horsham midfielder, from Lewes.
The versatile player, who made more than 70 appearances in two spells for the Hornets until moving at the end of last season, made his YM debut in the 3-0 Sussex Senior Cup win at St Francis Rangers on Saturday after finding first team opportunities limit at the Dripping Pan.
YM have also added Scott Marshall from Hastings and Paul Elliott – who grabbed a hat trick on Saturday - from Worthing.
