Horsham 1
Farrell 69

Eastbourne Borough 3
Armstrong 19
Sigere 87
Tait 90

TWO GOALS in the final three minutes denied Horsham a draw against Conference new boys Eastbourne Borough on their first game at Woodside Road.

Horsham trailed to a first half strike from Paul Armstrong, but equalised mid way through the first
half through Farrell, and then had chances to win the game.

But Borough rallied in the final ten minutes and scored through a Jean Michael Sigere header and sealed the result with a 25 yard strike from Allan Tait.

We appologise for not being able to bring you the game live through the website, this was due to technical problems.

52 mins: Jack Page looks like he's held in the box, but the referee is having none of it, it goes out for a corner which produces an almighty scramble in the box, the ball falls to Knee but he cant force it over the line.

48 mins: Howard is recieving a lot of treatment on his right leg, but he's up now.

46 mins: Horsham bring on Farrell for Baitup, Eastbourne swap Neil Jenkins for Mo Harkin.

Due to technical difficulties we were unable to bring you the first half, but thankfully we have resolved it and will bring you the second half as it happens.

HORSHAM trail 1-0 at half time to a Paul Armstrong strike in what has been a dissappointing first 45 minutes at their new home at Worthing.

Debutant Liam Baitup had Horsham's best chance but could only poke his shot straight at Winterton, and other than that Eastbourne have been on top without creating a great deal.

Maggs will expect better in the second half.

Horsham: Paul Seuke; Andrew Howard, Russell Eldridge, Eddie French, Sam Page; Lee Carey, Jack Page, Jamie Lovegrove, Gary Charman; Mark Knee, Liam Baitup.
Subs: Sam Jerimiah, Yinka Salaam, Simon Austin, Mark Hawthorne, Rob Franland.

Eastbourne: Chris Winterton; Darren Baker, Neil Jenkins, Sam Wormull, Andy Ballard; Marc Pullan, Pat Harding, Paul Armstrong, Jay Lovett; Andy Atkin, Nathan Crabb.
Subs: Darran Buld, Allan Tait, Domonic Douglas, Ben Austin, Jean Michael Sigere, Mo Hawkin, Matt Crabb, Evan Archibald.
