TOP SCORER Evan Archibald could return to the starting line up for tonight's match at second-placed Dover Athletic.

Horsham manager John Maggs confirmed that Archibald will undergo a late fitness test after missing the last two games with a dead leg.

Should he miss out, Maggs is expected to give Jacob Mingle his first start of the season in the middle of a five-man midfield, with Mark Knee deployed as a lone striker.

He said: "They are one of the favourites after getting promotion last year and are a very professional side."

Referring to Saturday's 4-1 defeat at home to Harlow, Horsham's first defeat of the season, Maggs added: "We want to brush that one aside, it's done and dusted now and we have another challenge at Dover tonight."

Right back Jack Page is also a doubt with a groin injury.
