School reorganisation - views sought
RESIDENTS' views, questions and concerns over plans to reorganise schools in the Rother Valley are being sought by North Chichester County Local Committee.
It is holding a special drop-in 'talk with us' event on Tuesday March 18 at Lodsworth Village Hall from 2pm.
As well as members of the committee, it will also be attended by the county council officers who have drawn up the plans. They will be available to talk on a one-to-one basis as part of the drop-in session.
The plans involve changing the current three-tier school system to a two-tier system of primary and secondary schools. As part of this reorganisation, some schools will amalgamate with others and one may have to close.
