THE A27 was blocked westbound at Shoreham fly over after an accident.
Multiple vehicles were involved in the accident at the junction with the A283 Steyning Road, at about 4.30pm today (Thursday, September 4).
One lane was blocked and calls to the Herald office report lengthy tail-backs.
Emergency services attended but no-one was thought to be seriously injured.
The road was cleared by 6.45pm.
